I am an IT Infrastructure professional based in the United Arab Emirates with hands-on experience supporting enterprise and healthcare environments through Network Operations Center (NOC) and Data Center (DC) operations. My work focuses on infrastructure monitoring, incident analysis, network connectivity troubleshooting, access-switch support, service restoration activities, and coordination with vendors and specialized teams to maintain reliable IT services.

Since entering the infrastructure domain, I have continuously expanded my expertise through self-study, certifications, hands-on labs, and project development. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science while working full-time and developed a strong foundation in networking, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, software engineering, and automation.
